Belongings inventory, pack out, moving, storage & return.

Often, when you suffer a property damage or loss due to water leak or fire your belongings must be moved out to accommodate the restoration equipment or avoid further damage. In many cases moving out of the belongings is critical so the mitigation work can begin as soon as possible. We will be able to advise you if pack out and move out need exists during our initial assessment.

Understandably this is a scary and very stressful process. Those of us that moved know how challenging a moving can be. This is why we offer a complete pack out, move out and storage set of services. Our licensed moving crews will handle your belongings to ensure the entire process is done right.

Here is how pack out, move out and return work:

1. If the move out of your belongings is needed, our restoration project coordinator will advise you of this need.
2. If you decide to have your belongings moved we will send a trained, licensed specialized crew over to perform the inventory, pack the items and move them to storage.
3. First, we inventory all items and record their condition. If items cannot be restored, you will make the decision if they need to be disposed of.
4. Our crew will carefully pack and wrap the rest of your belongings and transport them to storage facility.
5. There your belongings will be placed inside specialty, high security vaults.
6. When your restoration process is complete, we will bring your belongings back.
